The
Brief
Norton Priory Museum and Gardens are a not-for-profit organisation offering a unique and wonderful visitor attraction in Runcorn, Cheshire. Boasting 42 acres of woodlands, walks, discoveries, nature and wildlife, a stunning Walled Garden and an unrivalled history. Norton Priory is the most excavated monastic site in Europe dating back over 900 years. Their ruins, medieval undercroft and exhibition galleries offer of wealth of artefacts, findings and understanding for the whole family to enjoy.
Norton Priory initially approached Rethink to create some new branding and way-finding signage for their grounds. Since then we have worked together on a number of design and digital projects.

Work
We are very proud to work alongside Norton Priory. We have revived their branding, and injected love, attention and a a fresh approach to their printed literature including signage, leaflets, posters, banners and corporate stationery. Our digital work has included seasonal website promotions, email marketing and paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

The
Results
Norton Priory now have fresh new signage to direct people all around their site. They also have new signage for their Nature Trail to educate and guide families as they look for wildlife, nature and points of interest as they explore the woodland grounds.
Norton’s Wedding and Corporate stationery has it’s own stunning new look whilst complimenting the main brand.
There is a range of on-brand banners to help promote the attraction at fairs and exhibitions.
Seasonal promotions have benefited from a revived consistent creative approach across their website, email and digital comms.
And paid advertising has helped raise awareness and drive increased footfall to the attraction.
Work continues with plans for more creative development in the coming months.
